Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemeable for cash
• Vouhers can only be redeemed once per voucher for online purchases
• They will not be replaced and will become void if lost, stolen, altered, or defaced
• Vouchers are transferable
• Prices are subject to change
• 24 hours notice is required for change of appointment
• Bookings at peak seasons and Saturdays are subject to availability
• No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will have the cost of service deducted from the Gift Voucher value
• Monetary Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase
• Pamper Package Vouchers are availbale for 12 months from the date of purchase
